Loved this! I just re-downloaded SubStack the other day and came across your work- I honestly don’t even know how! This post came through my email today and I was very eager to read it. I have my own catering food service and cook nonstop at home. I am very interested in getting the course, it sounds amazing. Also eager to dig into your podcast, I’m always looking for new episodes :)

Am I missing something (I may well be, I’ve only signed up to substack for your content), or is there no way for your paid subscribers to get this podcast without signing up for these other paid/ad-supported services? Is your podcast not available though free/OSS services even for subscribers?
